Paddling your craft is great fun
Enjoy gliding over the water
This course can make your paddling experience more rewarding by using the most efficient paddle strokes
Safe paddling technique reduces the liklihood of injury
Learn how to minimise the liklihood of a capsize by using the paddle for support
While this course is intensive, it is not physically demanding
