Re-registration disclaimer

The ACAS award is valid for three years from the date of issue of the award and can be renewed through the AC re-registration process. 

The ACAS re-registration process relies on the information provided to it by ACAS award holders.  The information provided by ACAS award holders when applying for re-registration has not been independently verified, and as such AC does not accept any liability or responsibility to any third party where an award holder has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information. 

AC  expressly disclaims all and any liability and responsibility to any person, in respect of anything and the consequences of anything, done or omitted to be done by an ACAS award holder, particularly where such award has been renewed on the basis of the information provided by the award holder
